Aurora Picture Show presents free stop-motion animation activities for kids and families. Come any time between 10am and 1pm to the new BakerRipley East End Learning Center. Bring your curiosity and creativity, and we’ll provide the equipment, supplies, and instructions to help you make playful and imaginative videos that express something about your community! Aurora’s artist-teachers are able to assist you in English or Spanish. This is part of Young Audiences of Houston’s “Neighborhoods, Identity, and Diversity” project, which addresses needs collaboratively through the lens of arts-based learning.  

Aurora Picture Show presenta un día de talleres gratuitos de animación stop-motion para niños y familias. Ven en cualquier momento entre las 10 a. m. y la 1 p. m. al nuevo BakerRipley East End Learning Center. Trae tu curiosidad y creatividad y te proporcionaremos la tecnología, los materiales y las instrucciones para ayudarte a crear animaciones divertidas e imaginativas que expresen algo sobre tu comunidad. Los artistas-maestros de Aurora pueden ayudarte en inglés o español. Esta actividad es parte del proyecto “Barrios, Identidad, y Diversidad” de la organización Young Audiences of Houston, que aborda las necesidades de manera colaborativa a través del aprendizaje basado en la artes.
