Aurora Picture Show is proud to offer quality projection equipment and meeting space at affordable rates (with special discounted rates for non-profit arts organizations and Aurora Picture Show members).After realizing the need for quality affordable projection, Aurora now offers a selection of video and audio equipment for rent.Due to our limited staff and resources, it is important to make requests well in advance to ensure availability. All of the A/V (Audio Visual) equipment available for rent is used for Aurora Picture Show programs.

Requirements

We will require that you sign a contract and provide a credit card number for a security deposit.Payment will be due at time of equipment pick-up or office use. Renter shall be responsible for the care of the equipment and will be responsible for any and all damages incurred during the rental term.
